VideoGregory Will and I had an awesome discussion about the rise of the boutique accounting and advisory firm and why he decided to leave and “jump off the cliff” to set up his own firm Armstrong Dawson.
Greg built a broad platform early in his career so he knew the value he could bring to clients when pitching for and winning work from larger more established firms.
It really does emphasis in my opinion the importance of experience and learning before setting up your own boutique.
Plus he doesn’t like to talk tax at parties!
